What will happen?

Press “Download the installer”.
After the download finishes, double-click the installer and sit back — the node starts itself.

Notes

Because this is a new file, you’ll see Windows warnings. Click More info → Run anyway. If someone wants to donate $700 we can remove the warning by buying a year-long signing certificate. Otherwise it goes away by itself after a few thousand installs.
Syncing takes several hours the first time. Two progress bars keep you posted.
